The parade laps at COTA requires you to get up very early in the morning then sit in line at the track for an hour before being allowed to actually drive the track. The parking for the show is almost **** like in the way they want you to park. NO food vendors either which is a huge mistake. In July it's extremely hot for the car show and there is no shaded areas except for the small Convention center. Not near as big as Bloomington and definitely NOT worth the long drive from California. Trying to decide is it worth the drive from California.We went last year and it is a big event but short lived. Question for those who have attended this event before: Is it worth going to and how is it compared to other all Corvette events such as Bloomington, Fun Fest etc.
